Helen today… three rounds going at pretty much full speed. This should feel like a 1-1.5 mile HARD run. With no stops for rest, no breaks for water or chalk, constant attention towards continuing to move and accomplish work. Move move move… go go go. There will be plenty of warm up and plenty of rest once this short triplet is over and done. ONLY 12 pull ups each round- you’re kidding me!?
