Here is what you get with a year of CrossFit (see pic). And while you can SEE many of tangible changes that a guy can make with 12 months of work in the domains of physical training and nutrition… there are others that go unseen. All of the changes are important. All of them are necessary. A few lofty statements to guide any newcomer on this transformational path:
