Right, left, both, run. Then repeat another four times. This is our first run WOD with multiple rounds since Whole Foods opened a month ago… purposely so that we could check out the traffic pattern. It seems like it is going to be pretty normal so let’s try it out. We will go RIGHT out of the yard and go to the Malibu Custom Carts sigh- turn around and head back! Again- watch traffic and always assume none of the drivers see you and that all of them are actually TRYING to hit you. Keep focused and be aware. Finally- thruster and snatch quickly and efficiently.
