Wednesday 190620 Deadlift Burpee

Back on some deadlifts with some low skill “high suck” burpees added to the mix to give you something to do between the 5×5 barbell! Heavy and fast and good movement. These are not necessarily mutually exclusive.

Wednesday’s WOD at  6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Five rounds for time of:
5 deadlifts (120/85kg)
10 burpees
Post time and load
