This can be looked at as either a heavy day OR a technique day. Either way- the mechanics of the lift will dictate the load- and there will be plenty of skill work. Solid movement is a requirement before more weight goes on the bar. Then plenty of reps. Go into the session with an open mind, some patience, and a genuine willingness to get better. Be better at the movement when you leave than when you arrived.
