For quite a few months I’ve had the inclination to start skateboarding again. This was an activity that was part and parcel of my childhood/teenage experience and I’d been intending to get back to it since opening the Hut 10 years ago… back when the skate park was just across the street. As you might know, Papa Jack’s Skate Park was closed as one of the earliest moves to transform that area into the soon to open Whole Foods. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that just as the new shopping center gets set for the grand opening, I now have a new form of transportation to ride around the Yard… and perhaps over Cross Creek, past the horse parking, and into the Whole Foods parking lot (with those little shopping carts they’ve got).

Tabata These Movements
DB shoulder press 35/25#
DB step lunges (same load)
Ring/bar dips
DB front squat (35/25#)
Ring/bar L sit
Rest one Tabata set between movements in transition
Post total number of reps each movement, total number of sets completed for L sit
