Simple but not easy… is an accurate way to describe today’s WOD. Take it out of context and it might not seem too tough- but go at high intensity by pushing the pace and allowing some rest between sets and the impact of this couplet in an interval format becomes “pointy.” Bookend it with heavy deadlifts for volume and a weightlifting/gymnastics combo and it makes for the perfect mid-week session. And like we often say… you are NOT going to hit this one hard on our own!
