Tuesday 190604 Deadlifts for Volume (and Fun)

We are heading towards a BIG personal record possibility in about 2 weeks when we run Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1. That also means one thing: DEADLIFT BBQ! So join us on Friday June 14th for the 5pm class. You can lift, then eat OR eat while others lift and cheer them on. The 1RM deadlift event will run in every group class on that Friday- so if you’d like to come lift during the morning so that you are totally relaxed to eat meat and veggies later that day- then that is a good way to do it. If you want lots of people cheering on your PR- then come lift at 5pm. Either way is good with us. Put that date on the calendar now. And you don’t even need to plan your food- just drop by the newly opened Whole Foods on the way to the Hut!
