Bring your socks, leggings, sweat pants, shin guards, knee wraps- anything you need to help prevent the possible rope burn on the outer leg that so often can accompany a big rope climb workout when employing the “wrap” method of creating friction when climbing and/or descending.
Nothing you need to bring to help you with those thrusters… except some determination, grit, mental toughness and some fortitude. Get it together and bring it in with you… what can’t be bought on Amazon can be generated by anyone with the willingness to put in the the work and to bear the struggle.
