Murph goes down next Monday May 27th- Memorial Day at 9:30am. That will be the only class offered on the holiday Monday- join in with the big group to remember those who sacrificed their lives in service of our country. Yes the workout is difficult- and we scale/modify based on ability level as usual. Please arrive at 9am to get ready for this unique experience.
Nothing needs to be done to “taper” for Murph. We have done our last body weight pull up and push up workouts for the week… now we spend much of the remainder of the week working on a variety of squats.
