Thursday 190516 FGB Style… Kinda

Do any of you athletes at CrossFit Malibu have friends, family, coworkers, etc. who would NEVER consider doing CrossFit who you think would benefit from it? Who would get the results that YOU have attained by doing the physical work and eating in the way “fitness in 100 words” recommends? There are likely MANY individuals out there who, for one reason or another, do not consider themselves a good match for CrossFit… even though you and I KNOW that they would derive considerable benefit from training with us at CrossFit Malibu (or many other CF gyms for that matter).

People often disqualify themselves for MANY reasons… here are some of them: I need to get in shape first, I am too _____ (inflexible, scared, old, injured, overweight, uncoordinated, self-conscious, etc…), it’s too expensive, it’s too difficult, and on an on.

We KNOW that we can overcome any of these objections… not just with good counter-arguments, but with ACTION! We have repeatedly proven that everyone can find results and gain innumerable benefits. If you can simply get those individuals to show up… we can help them find measurable, observable, repeatable reasons to stay!

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
For 3 rounds complete max reps of:
1 minute sumo deadlift high pull (45/30kg)
1 minute strict abmat sit ups
1 minute hang squat clean (45/30kg)
1 minute strict abmat sit ups
1 minute rest
Post total number of reps per movement and load/scaling
Thursday’s 5pm Open Training Hour
