Have you checked out crossfit.com at some point in 2019? If so, you might have noticed that every day there is an At-Home Workout posted that is geared towards the physically deconditioned individual who is not at all likely to show up to train at a CrossFit affiliate. They have recreated a couple of vintage living rooms and have older, usually heavier adults demonstrating the workout. Check out this link to watch the video.
