Murph is on the schedule on Memorial Day, Monday May 27th. If you are a follower of our programming, you should have already noticed the uptick in weekly push up volume that started at the tail end of February. At least 100 push ups at some time during the week and often two WODs containing push ups that would take the total close to 175 or so. Last Saturday we did a WOD with push ups and sumo deadlifts that I called “A Dirty Way to Get in 100 Pull Ups.” Add that to today’s total and we are on the way to Murph’s 200! Don’t, for a second, think that I am forgetting the 2 miles of running, 100 pull up and 300 squats. But don’t YOU forget for a second that when it comes down to it… Murph crushes you on the push ups! If you are not hitting the push up days are intending to do Murph, put in your time and get in those push ups on your own time.

Wednesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Five rounds for time of:
250m row sprint
25 push ups
50 double unders
