Tuesday 190507 Front Squat

The World’s Strongest Bodybuilder, Stan “Rhino” Efferding was at the Hut on Monday and did his FIRST ever CrossFit workout. And can you believe that it was 80 burpees and a 4000m row! Clearly not in his wheelhouse, Stan was a great sport about it! He chose the “B” scaling and completed it in just under 23 minutes… about 22 minutes longer than any workout he has every done *(his words, not mine). Imagine if he has shown up at the Hut to front squat with us today!
