Friday 190419 OHS & TTB

A reminder about the Saturday BIG WOD for Kolby’s send off… the WOD begins promptly at 9:30am- PLEASE arrive as early as 9am to begin warming up, helping to set up, and hanging out. These big group WODs take some logistics and the earlier everyone shows up- the more FUN the WOD will be. Come join us in thanking Kolby for his contributions to the Hut over the years and to give best wishes as he moves a few miles up north!
We’ve had an amazing “beach week”… let’s carry it over into the weekend.
Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
21-15-9 reps per round for time of:
overhead squats 50/35kg
toes to bar
Post time and scaling
Friday’s 4pm Open Training Hour
Saturday 9:30am BIG WOD
