After Tuesday’s long one, some heavy deadlifts on Wednesday, we are back to a long one today. By definition a 30 minute AMRAP is a long one! Push each run moderately hard… too much running going on today to treat each one like a rest. Then pace out those heavy russians and strict push ups. WIth the duration of this WOD there will be plenty of rounds to be had- so a high rep WOD as far as swings and push ups are concerned. Don’t fret- with two long ones this week I can betcha there is a short and sweet one coming just around the corner.

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
400m run
25 Russian KB swings 32/24kg
400m run
25 strict push ups*
Post time and scaling
*toes on edge of 15kg plate, chest touches ab-mat, no thighs/no belly on ground!
