Can you believe we have never done a power clean Elizabeth at the Hut?
In almost ten years of running Hero workouts, “Girl WODs,” and other CrossFit standards like Filthy Fifty and Fight Gone Bad… we have always done MANY variations of many WODs, but we have NEVER done full squat cleans when doing Elizabeth! That’s hard to believe. And to rectify that situation- here we go with power cleans instead. It will, of course, be a faster version but no PRs will be made unless you have a power clean Elizabeth on record from another gym. So get this one in your journal so that in another 10 years when we repeat it, you can have “compare to” data to test it out!

Wednesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
