Finally one of those FUN mid-week chippers that everyone loves! Lots of movements (five to be precise) in an up and down pyramid style and today we peak in the middle with thirty power cleans… which is Grace without the overheads. Moving out from the top of the pyramid, fifty push ups doesn’t seem like too many when broken into 2 sets of 25, but you can be the judge of that once it is all over. Twenty toes to bar, one on the top and the other on the bottom half… moving out from/to light front squats but for only a single set of 15 on each side at the same load you will be cleaning. Starting and ending the entire thing with 400 meters of running. That is how you set up a crowd-pleasing chipper. Let me know if you agree… but wait until you call “time!”
