The WOD today is so hard… that we are inviting you back at 6:30pm to watch a relaxing movie. SO bring your friend/family, some food to eat while you watch, a comfortable chair if you don’t consider a 20″ box+abmat very cozy, and let’s watch a seriously motivating movie about more than just rock climbing.
And yes, I do realize… that today’s 18.5 looks quite a bit like 19.5, only it won’t take that much time, nor will you get as many reps unless your name is Matt or Tia.

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
OPEN WOD 18.5
As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
3 chest to bar pull ups
3 thrusters (43/29kg)
6 chest to bar pull ups
6 thrusters (43/29kg)
Continue for reps or 9, 9- 12,12- 15,15… until the time cap
Post number of total reps, load, and scaling
