Movement mechanics matter… and that is why we spend at least SOME portion of every training session working on improving technique, positioning, and mobility. This practice begins in the very first session a prospective member attends- the orientation session. It moves through all Elements classes and right into group WODs. There is a distinct difference between being led through a WOD and workout and being taught, coached, watched, corrected, commended (repeat!)… and this is how we do our best to ensure that athletes continue to improve along the way. Keep coming back… keep getting faster, stronger, more coordinated, and generally more useful.
