Tuesday 190326 30’s Triplet

We have had an epic winter when it comes to snow and MANY of you have gotten out there and have amassed more than 10-12 days on the slopes. Trips to Montpellier, Jackson, Whistler, Revelstoke, Park City, Aspen, Vail, Deer Valley, Taos…. and of course Mammoth have all come out of the Hut this year. We have mainly downhillers, lots of boarders but plenty of cross-country skiiers in the group- also one telemarker (shown below!). 
 
How many of you still have another trip or two on the horizon?!
Eric and Joanna get their legs ready for a week of skiing… one last WOD before the slopes!
Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Three rounds for time of:
30 KB swings (24/18kg USA)
30 burpees
30 abmat sit ups
Post time, load, and scaling
Tuesday’s 5pm Open Training HJour
