The month with only 28 days produced an extra large number of personal records. Take a look at a few of the big achievements- mainly 500m row and shoulder to overhead records set… tons of them. Seconds removed from the row and kilos added to the barbell for the pressing series. Looks like we were due to strike- way to go! Then plenty of double under improvements, and other things ranging from heavy barbell accomplishments as well as some novel WOD records set. The month of March is underway…. take a look at the whiteboard as find something you are ready to test- give a shot and make the record books for the month!
