After running WOD 19.2 last night… we decided more TTB needed to be on hand for Friday. So we called in the ghosts of 18.1 and they happily brought in more TTB and plenty of other fun stuff. LIke DB hang clean and jerks and some hard pushes on the row erg.

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm

10 DB hang power clean and jerks- 5 per arm (50/35#, 35/20# for masters 55+)
