A simple workout today… and the furthest thing from being easy. In many ways, if you show up and put in the effort today you will be rewarded. The hard run days pack a potent and important stimulus that is difficult to elicit any other way. Go hard, rest a bit, go again, and keep pushing. You won’t do it alone… and you’ll have more fun with the group anyway!
