Today’s twenty minute AMRAP reads more like a chipper… but you instead of doing it once through FOR TIME, you get to try and do it again, OVER and OVER and maybe even OVER again! This means that instead of blowing a gasket halfway through the cleans (or even halfway though that big set of push ups) buckle in for the long haul and understand that this one is all about pacing your way through it. Small sets, short rests, and don’t stray too far away from the barbell while on the cleans.
Try hitting a steady gear from the start- and checking in with how long a single round takes, and do what you can to meet that pace for the second. Etc. This is a LONG working and will FEEL even longer (you might not think that makes sense now, but wait until you are in the middle of it!)… do what you can to just be in the moment. And work more than you rest.

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
