CrossFit Hq has stated that these cooking videos will posted on crossfit.com every four days in perpetuity. And so we can likely continue to see more and more interesting and exotic meals prepared artistically in front of our eyes (in about one minute) for a long time to come. Now, we have had a few of our athletes make some of the meals presented early-on in this series… with outstanding results and testimonies. Of course, it takes a bit of creativity (guessing) with respect of cooking times but in my opinion, this is how you actually LEARN to cook. Take some ingredients and put them together to make a great dish. Give this one a try and let us know how it went! And BTW- I committed to reposting a recipe video every Sunday night and I missed this past one- so am posting here today!
