Thursday 190214 Heavy V-Day

Nothing says I love you like a PR. What I mean to say is that Love is… putting heavy weight overhead. Actually, more to the point- if you love me you will pick up that bar and lift it up really high. That’s real love… and so in playing Cupid for you today, we offer you 5 classes to choose from on this Valentine’s Day. Yes it will be raining. Yes, that weight is heavy. But YES, it is what you need to be doing, and where you need to be doing it today. Do it because you love me.

You didn’t do it yesterday. Don’t worry about what will happen tomorrow. Today is all we have.

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1
Push press 1-1-1-1-1
Push jerk 1-1-1-1-1
Post heaviest load for each lift to chalkboard/journals
