Wednesday 190213 Four Round Sprints

This past weekend Pepperdine University’s Dance In Flight held 4 performances of their annual student-led show, a tradition that has spanned many decades on campus. The difference this year is that one of our CrossFit Malibu interns- Maria, yes that is her below- was one of the dancers in the troupe. We attended the 2pm matinee on Saturday and watched a group of 32 women and men put on an amazing variety of dance ranging from tap, and ballet (Maria was en pointe!) to contemporary and hip hop. Congratulations Maria on a successful senior-year of Dance In Flight.

Wednesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Four rounds for time of:
100m row sprint
10 squat clean thrusters (50/35kg)
20 KB swings (32/24kg USA)
100m row sprint
Rest exactly 2 minutes
Post time and scaling

Wednesday 5pm Specialty Class- Underground Strength
