The CrossFit OPEN begins 2 weeks from today. On Thursday February 21st at 5pm, the first OPEN workout for the 2019 CrossFit Games season will be announced and then that same Saturday morning the WOD will be put on (and judged) for all athletes interested in being tested. Compare yourself to the rest of the region, state, country and the entire world across gender, age group, and Scaled/Rx categories.
Each Thursday night for 5 weeks the Hut welcomes you to come in for the 5pm announcement to see the WOD delivered and a new presentation from a different gym from around the world. You are then welcome to hang out, strategize, practice, and experiment for the actual running of our OPEN WOD which will come each Saturday morning.
