Tuesday 190205 AMRAP 20

It is with great sadness that we inform you that on Sunday evening, Bill Carson passed away. Everyone’s favorite CrossFit Malibu athlete, Bill joined CrossFit Malibu back in October 2016. He spent two years training at the Hut, a couple of days a week- pushing the sled, rowing for miles, playing catch against the wall, completing scaled versions of the Open workouts, bouncing the ball off the trampoline… and ALWAYS short-hopping me with the medicine ball… laughing as I tried to manage to catch it before it bounced off my shins!

In a very short time he became the CrossFitter who everyone saw around town- walking his poodles all around Cross Creek and the Country Mart. He might not have known your name- but he knew that you trained with him at the Hut and he was grateful that you knew his name. Thanks for spending so much time with us, Bill. It was our pleasure. We are honored to have known you.

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 chest to bar pull ups
15 decline push ups (toes on 20kg plate, chest to abmat)
20 alternating single-leg squats
*row 500m or run 400m each time you complete 3 full rounds
Post total number of rounds and extra work
