The “cardio” today was originally scheduled to be a run. Until the downpour and thunder and lightening… when a text went out to coaches about changes to rowing and biking in lieu of running due to weather… until the rainbows and sunshine… when a text went out saying that it was going to likely be a run day. Let’s see what the weather has in store for us: looks like the coast is clear and we will GET TO run! Don’t worry… that’ll just mean that a running WOD for next week will be changed to rowing and biking. Maybe!
