The solid attendance overall this week is commendable. It is understandable that it has been tough for some of you to make it in- with school closures, evacuations, and traffic closures- so it has been excellent to have some big groups move through the Hut (which is still above water but suffering from lots of condensation and slippery floors!) Let’s keep it going with today’s Triplet that contains two barbell movements and a gymnastics strength movement. Light loads moving quickly for a relatively short AMRAP. ALMOST a crowd pleaser (if I could just improve my shoulder mobility!= most overheard comment in ANY CrossFit gym). The problem IS THE SOLUTION. Get in and move through it with light loads… this one was made fir you.

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
40/30kg power snatch, 5 reps
40/30kg overhead squat, 5 reps
5 strict chest to bar pull ups
Post number of rounds and extra reps
