Wednesday 190116 Three 3×3 Strength

With Malibu Schools closed once again in deference to Mother Nature- we hope to see you here at the Hut. If that means kids come with you and hang out to watch you squat, thrust, and jerk… then by all means bring them with you. They might learn a thing or two! If you do decide to brave the elements, then make sure you stay safe on those roads… paying attention to the water gathering in massive puddles on the low sides of the roads. And with our swerving PCH it isn’t necessarily always on the right shoulder, but occasionally in the fast lane along the center median. Ok- enough driving instruction for the moment. Get in here so we can give you instruction on those things we DO know something about… how to drive the barbell from the hole to overhead.
