There are 7 C2 rowers and 2 assault bikes. Nine athletes can “fit” into the format that is set up for tomorrow… so hopefully we can spread out the attendance. Anyone want to get this done at 6 or 7am?! – Please join us! If we have 10 athletes in a class, that means one athlete will be on burpees for the template described below. Our 21st (twenty-first!) running of the Whole Life Challenge begins on Saturday Jan 19th. The team is building as we speak. The preliminary WOD was actually already done on Monday Jan 7th (21-15-9 reps/round for time of DB thrusters/row for cals. If you missed it, a make-up session will be run at 8:30am on Saturday Jan 26th for a special early morning Saturday class session OR you can do it during an open training hour.
