Tuesday 190108 Five x 5s & A Mile

Welcome back to our regularly scheduled program! It’s been a strange lead up to 2019 with the evacuation breaks from work and school followed closely by the holiday vacation… and we finally emerge into winter of2019 with some rain in store for us during this and coming weeks. It’s clear even in a single day’s worth of classes yesterday that it’s been a whirlwind out there in life and we encourage you to get right back in here and get your training schedule back on track and use it as a basis for stability in the first month of the new year. Once your daily habit of just showing up becomes ingrained… it will become easier to MAKE the time when life gets even busier. You are going to look at what’s below and think, “huh… strange workout.” That’s fine, I’m accustomed to being second (and triple) guessed:)  Humor me and get the WOD done just to prove me wrong.  See you in class

Weighted chest to bar pull up 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Weighted dip 1-1-1-1-1 reps
1 mile run for time
Post heaviest load for each movement and run time
