Thursday 181220 AMRAP Triplet

Welcome to a bunch of you new CrossFit Malibuites who have joined us here at the Hut in recent weeks. Kayla- below- plays a mean jazz accordion and can do wall ball shots with a toothpick in her mouth. Sarah is about to move her family into an RV in Dume Drive and makes rainbows wherever she runs (see yesterday’s post). Molly and Karla pretty much run things at Sycamore School. Marybeth is just a few sessions into Elements and will likely join the 9am bunch when she’s not up in Mammoth. Stacy is long-time friends with Jess and Jefferson and was brought in for a few rounds of Elements. If you see them in group classes, please say hi and help them out with anything they need!

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Complete as many round as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 box jumps (36/28″)
15 DB snatch (60/40# alternating)
20 abmat sit ups
Post total number of rounds and remaining reps
