Tuesday 181218 Squat & Climb

Rope climb alert, robe climb alert, rope climb alert… that’s the sounding of the alarm to ensure that you wear long pants, thick socks, shin guards, whatever you need to be protected from rope burn during the 15 climbs in today’s WOD! And let your friends know as well!

7 rope climbs (seated to roof and seated)
15 bodyweight back squats
5 rope climbs (seated to roof and seated)
9 bodyweight back squats
3 rope climbs (seated to roof and seated)
