Pepperdine sports medicine students participated in post testing their baseline work out yesterday. After a couple of months of CrossFit the results are in… It works, conclusively! All 12 students improve their times, and many of them by as much as 20%! After completing their final exam in the course next Tuesday, they will also post test “Fran.” They actually don’t know that they will be participating in a Fran event next week… In fact it will be interesting to see if any of them read this blog post. If they do, then they will know! If they don’t, then they will not know 🙂 please keep the “secret!” And to any of you sports medicine students who do read this and understand what is coming on Tuesday… It is up to you whether or not you want to let the information out to your fellow SPME 440 friends!
