Friday 181130 Last Day Of November

Definitely come in today for the WOD… but also make sure you get back in the evening for the Festivus Holiday Potluck, beginning at 6pm. The sign up chalkboard indicates that there is going to be a lot of great food; and a lot of food. There are still a few more things you might sign up to bring- one of those items is non-edible: we need at least one more table! More importantly- we need YOU to show up. Bring something, even if it is “just” you.

Saturday 9:15am Beach WOD and Go Outside And Play time is going on in just about 12 hours Post-Potluck. And if you are potlucky, you will be joining in for the sand and water time. A 30 minute WOD will be followed by some family ocean time- hope to see you there! It looks like the weather is going to cooperate for our run today and the Beach WOD on Saturday.

Priscilla squatted dozens of times on Monday… and stood up tall after each and every one! #pointofperformance

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am, and again at 3 and 5pm
Run for 30 minutes
Every 800m, stop and perform 20 push ups
Post total number of push ups and total distance completed
Scale run to 600m if the 800m will take you more than 5 minutes.

Friday’s 4pm Open Training Hour

Saturday 9:15am Beach WOD and Go Outside And Play time… at Trancas End of Zuma Beach.
A WOD in the sand and then time in the water.
Need a wetsuit, surf or body board? Let us know… would love to get as many there as would like to be there! And if you don’t want to go in the water, please come and just hang out on the beach with the group.
