Whoa… It just got REAL!

Of course, I am referencing the fact that we are doing FRAN today. Now I am fully aware of that the events that have transpired over the past week do not necessarily lead me to believe that all of you are fresh and ready to PR. However, since we have been working up to FRAN for the past few months (as one of our “cycles” of training that might not have been readily apparent)- I figured let’s give it a shot. Even if today is not your day for a world record personal performance that’s ok… after all, it is a great workout every bit as it is a great test of fitness. SO- let’s see what happens. Get the mind ready for this, because it is the aspect of the individual that might actually be sharper today than it was 2 weeks ago, even if the body is feeling a bit weary. You know what they sometimes say: “It’s all mental.” Let’s see about that.

Three going shoulder to overhead, one checking line of action. You know what that means?

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
21-15-9 reps/round for time of:
Thrusters (43/30kg)
Pull ups
Post time and scaling to chalkboard/journals.
