What does having STRENGTH mean to you? Is it mental fortitude in being able to handle stress, non-stop work, challenging situations? Does it mean having the patience or persistence to tolerate the unbearable for an unforeseen period of time? Might it be a more physical capacity to withstand a massive load? Irrespective of what you perceive to be your own personal strengths- I believe that developing a corporal strength provides bridges to developing emotional, mental, and spiritual fortitude as well.
