CrossFit Thousand Oaks hosts Barbells for Boobs this coming Saturday at their gym on TO Blvd… which is a fundraiser that puts money towards breast cancer screening. The event at the gym is a abreast way to get together as a wider CrossFit community and do something towards a common good. It is also a fun way to do the “Girl WOD” Grace (which is 30 clean and jerk for time at 61/43kg- but of course, is totally scalable for anyone and everyone).
