Monday 5pm Specialty Session-Gymnastics

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
“Look Familiar?”
For time:
60 push ups
50 DB push press, (50/35#)
40 deadlifts (70/50kg)
30 ring dips
20 push jerks (70/50kg)
10 split jerks (70/50kg)
Post time, load, and any scaling

Tuesday’s 5pm Open Training Hour

Wednesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Five rounds for time of:
15 weighted reverse step lungs (50/35# DBs)
15 cal row sprint
Post time and load

Wednesday’s 5pm Specialty Session-Olympic weightlifting

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Power clean
10-5-3-1-1-1-3-5-10
Post loads and new PR

Thursday’s 5pm Open Training Hour

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am, and again at 3 and 5pm
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
50/35kg sumo deadlift high pull, 5 reps
5 strict handstand push ups
Post number of rounds and extra reps

Friday’s 4pm Open Training Hour

Saturday 9:30am BIG WOD- to be announced on “Game Day!”
