Holy Back Squat. I guess that happens sometimes, when you are challenged to set a 1RM back squat in just 15 minutes following a “pre-workout” pf push ups and double unders! What was it about that day? Do you think people were just due for setting records?
Then across the board you can see various records set for WODs like Helen and Jackie, a few for Quarters, a number of fronts squats, deadlifts, and a variety of different presses. Then there are some great Baseline improvements as well. Finally, some work on the pull up bar and rings within the gymnastics special class had some positive results as well.
Let’s make a point of filling up October! Find something you have written on the whiteboard… then set a date for Open Training Hour on T/TH at 5pm or Fri at 4pm… get in and set another record!

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
50-ft. handstand walk
50-ft. broad jump
50-ft. lunge
Post number of rounds and remaining reps and any scaling
