On Saturday 9:30 morning we have a 2 part WOD: the first is done as an individual (this will be the prelim score for the Whole Life Challenge) and the second will be done with a partner. Show up- whether or not you are doing the WLC or not!

Part 2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 burpee box jumps (24/20”)
3 deadlifts (100/75kg)
This is a true work/rest WOD for partners
