Gaby’s first race begins at 8:55am PST- live from the Granite Games in St Cloud Minnesota. Check out our PRIVATE CrossFit Malibu Facebook page for some LIVE broadcasts, beginning this morning. The workout is a double, 2 round triplet of chest to bar pull ups (then bar muscle ups in part 2), heavy rope double-unders, and DB snatch. You might not know that about a month ago Gaby completed/competed in a 2 week online “Open,” of sorts that was comprised of 6 tests (workouts) and based on her performance, qualified for the Granite Games- one of the 3 biggest CrossFit Games-style competitions out there.
Tune in for her other workouts at the following times (in PST)/days: Friday 3:32pm, for Thursters and Assault Runner Sprint, Saturday 4:30am- 5km run!, 7:41am 1 rep max clean, 1:41pm an awesome obstacle course race, Sunday 6:30am Assault bike, toes to bar, 70# axel bar shoulder to overhead, 10:35am handstand walk and ring pull ups.
