Only 7 minutes?! Yes, but we have another 53 minutes to warm up, get some range of motion and mobility work, spend time on skills, work up in weight, practice some drills, and THEN start the clock and go hard… followed by some additional cool down and mobility work and recording of important data in the journal. You know darn well that it’s NOT just 7 minutes!
Use the entire 60 minutes to your advantage! Arrive on time (early!), stick with the program, stay until its over, get what you put into it. It might just be the only hour of the day that truly is intended for YOU. Take this opportunity to do it for yourself… it trickles down to others as well! So do it for Others too.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
5 box jumps (30/24”)
90/65kg cleans, 3 reps
Post total rounds and remaining reps as well as load and any scaling
