Some rowing and pressing on Monday and again today… why not! If you’ve been around long enough you e grown to love the push and pull format. The pressing today, however, is flat on your back- with almost as many total reps and heavier loading. Fewer reps per set will be the way we accomplish that. Let’s try and fill up those benches and ergs for each WOD all day long Give the 3 or 5pm session a try!

60/45kg bench presses, 15 reps
