Friday 180817 “Cindy”

Update on the lululemon/CrossFit Malibu collaborative WODwear- we do not yet have a delivery date set from the printer! Sorry for the wait- but we are far more interested in a REALLY good outcome than getting it back fast. You will be notified when we anticipate your shorts/shirts being completed… it will be in early September.

You might have noticed that I shaved off my beard earlier in the week…. THATs why the look is a little different!

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
“Cindy”
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
Post number of rounds to chalkboard/journals and to the whiteboard- notice that “Cindy” has its own column!
