Reminder that this coming Saturday the 9:30am WOD is an individual workout rather than the traditional team format. This is because we will be doing a post-test for the finale of the Whole Life Challenge- as it is the closing of this 6 week challenge! The workout is open to all WLC participants AND any CFM athlete… and MANY of you showed up on the Saturday pre-test WOD back on Saturday July 7th!
